  • V-ball Control Valve

V-ball control valves are composed of V-notch ball valve、actuator and other accessories. It utilizes compressed air forcing stem to drive the ball rotating 90ì in the body, achieving fully open to fully close. The valve plug with V-notch design has the flow-cut function, therefore, it has excellent flow controlling and cutting off function. Equipped with pneumatic or electric actuator cooperating with accessories like positioner or solenoid valve, it can achieve adjusting by ratio. Soft seal and metal seal are optional sealing types. 
In services of petroleum、chemical industry、pharmaceutical、waste water disposing and tank trunk, it’s used for on-off and regulating various mediums, such as liquid、gas and slurry , ideal for high viscosity and fibre and grain containing medium.

 

  • Three-way Control Valve

three way (combine/diffluence) control valve has functions of dividing one-way flow into two-way flow or combining two-way flow into one-way flow. It has features of S-shape passageway、cage-guided、quick-disassemble seat and integral design , ideal for heat exchanger to adjust temperature. Equipped with valve positioner, it’ll have advantages of adjusting by ratio、high adjustable ratio and high Cv etc , so it’s widely used in automatic-control services, such as paper mill、chemical industry、petroleum、chemical fiber and metallurgy etc.

 

  • Multil-stage Depress Pressure Control Valve

multi-stage depress pressure control valve utilizes multi-cage to reduce the pressure. It has features of S-shape passageway and high Cv. The valve plug is designed as balancing structure, so it can adjust the flow stably and has excellent anti differential pressure capability. According to different differential pressure, it can be designed with 1 to 3 stage cage to avoid the generation of flashing and cavitation effectively, ideal for services of high gas or liquid differential pressure、flashing and cavitation .

 

  • Cage-guided Control Valve

cage-guided control valve is a pressure balancing control valve featuring high Cv、wide adjusting range and high precise flow feature. This product is usually equipped with pneumatic diaphragm actuator, ideal for flow controlling services need good dynamic stability、low noise and low leakage rate.

 

  • Single-seated Control Valve

single-seated control valves are designed as top-guided structure and S-shape passageway featuring low pressure loss、high Cv、wide adjusting range、high precise flow feature curve and well anti-seismic behavior. This product usually equipped with pneumatic diaphragm actuator features compact integral with well anti differential pressure capability and it’s usually used to control the flow of different pressure and temperature.
